BENCHMARK ORIENTATION TRAINING

Starting Oct. 13^th/14^th, Benchmark is expanding beyond just Fridays to a one and one-half day Orientation Training for all new and existing Branch Partners. The training will be delivered by several Managers, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Thursdays and from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Fridays—the first, second, and third Thursdays and Fridays of every month. We incent our new Branch Partners to fly in for this valuable training session with two (2) $350 transaction fee credits on their first two banked loans if the training is attended within 30 days of their start dates . . . and one (1) transaction fee credit if the training is taken in days 31 – 60 after their start dates. This more than pays for their airfare and lodging while in Dallas.

The Training includes: How to work with the Underwriting, Closing, Compliance, Accounting, Branch Development, Information Technology and Secondary Marketing Departments of Benchmark. We cover Benchmark's Banked Line of Loan Products, Guidelines, Pricing and how to use "QuikQual" our Automated Underwriting Engine. Training is also delivered on Marketing and Lead Generation. We also introduce our new Real Estate Settlement Support Services Agreement Program that can be used to form referral partnerships through which, while maintaining RESPA compliance, a settlement services provider can be compensated for his or her involvement in the mortgage origination process.
